Our Youth and Children's Ministries Leader ~ Brian Jones
Mr. Brian Jones came to our ministry as an elementary student when his father became the pastor at FABC He graduated from Hartford Christian Academy in 1988. After receiving a degree in Youth Ministries from Bob Jones University. Mr. Jones came back to teach and coach at HCA, as well as direct many of our dramatic productions over the years, and to work with the children in primary church. Mr. Jones has worked in both the high school and the elementary programs at the school and the church, adding his unique talent and ambition in every area. In the spring of 2004, Mr. Jones took the position of youth pastor. He and his wife, Amber, bring a new excitement and many new ideas to the youth ministry. God is doing great things through them with our young people.
Our Minister of Finance ~ M. R. Terelmes
Mr. M. R. Terelmes has been a member of Farmington Avenue Baptist Church since the early 1960s. He was saved under the preaching ministry of the first FABC pastor and has grown to be a valuable asset to the ministry. Along with being the Minister of Finance, he serves the ministry as a Deacon, Sunday School teacher, and Treasurer. He has used his talents as a Certified Public Accountant to help the overall financial situation of the church, as well as members on an individual basis. Under his guidance, FABC has established a good reputation in the community and has been able to support a number of missionaries throughout the years. Mr. Terelmes is an asset to our church and to the pastoral staff.
 Our HCA Principal ~ Dr. Mark Cronemeyer
Dr. Mark Cronemeyer brings to our school much learning and experience, which will help him as he steers the course before him. The wide variety in his own educational background gives him a unique perspective, enabling him to work with kids from any situation. In elementary school, he attended both public school and a small Christian school. Then, he attended Bob Jones Academy. After graduating from Bob Jones University, he was a youth pastor and teacher for four years in Savannah, Georgia; then he served as principal there for ten years. He earned his Master's of Religious Education and Doctor of Religious Education from Bethany Theological Seminary. For two years before coming here, he served as principal in Rhode Island. In the fall of 2003, Dr. Cronemeyer joined our ministry as principal of HCA. "Dr. C." (as he is often called) has a great impact on the students and teachers at HCA.
