Hartford Christian Academy, founded in 1976, is an integral and inseparable ministry of the Farmington Avenue Baptist Church. Located in the church's facilities at the corner of Farmington Avenue and Mountain Road inWest Hartford, Connecticut, the school serves the educational needs of fundamental Christians in the greater Hartford area. Some students travel many miles each day to attend the school. Offering education to children in grades kindergarten through twelve, the Academy seeks to prepare young people for a life of service for God. Most graduates go on to fundamental, Bible-believing Christian colleges. Hartford Christian Academy is a member of the American Association of Christian Schools.
