The child in the highest grade will always be considered the first child in a family when computing tuition costs. The entire tuition for the year is due on or before August 1. For the convenience of the parents, the yearly tuition costs may be paid in ten equal payments beginning August 1 and ending May 1. All accounts will be due and payable the 1st of each month. A 1.5% late fee will be assessed for accounts not paid by the 10th of each month. Any student whose account is not paid in full up-to-date on or before the last day of each month may not be allowed to attend Hartford Christian Academy until such time as the account is paid in full up-to-date. Report cards and/or transcripts will not be released if the account is delinquent or if library fines or other fees are outstanding.
ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. While no increase is expected, all fees are subject to change. A fee of $100.00 will be assessed for the early withdrawal or dismissal of a student.
The tuition fees are yearly fees divided into ten monthly payments which begin August 1 and end May 1. The matriculation fees are also billed over ten months of the year and are as follows:
- Matriculation fees: $ 500.00 per year for Grades K - 6 ($50.00 per month)
- $ 750.00 per year for Grades 7-12 ($75.00 per month)
Matriculation fees cover out-of-pocket expenses such as books, camp, yearbook, music, art, phys ed., field trips, lab fees, testing, and other such items which are involved in the education of the students at the Academy.
